Sound familiar?

Three ways businesses get stuck.

📊 01 · The spreadsheet

Your business runs on spreadsheets and copy-paste. Every week, someone re-types the same data into three different tools. That someone is tired.

🧱 02 · The AI wall

You tried building it yourself with AI. It almost works. Then it has to talk to your invoicing, your calendar, your CRM. And it breaks. Usually on a Friday.

💸 03 · The quote

A dev shop quoted you $30,000 and six months. For one tool. So you kept the spreadsheet. Fair.

There is a third option. It is me. Keep scrolling.

What I build

If your team does it on a screen, it can be built for you.

📱 Apps and dashboards

  • CRMs and client portals
  • Quoting and invoicing tools
  • Booking systems
  • Admin panels for your data

🤖 AI agents

  • Phone agents that answer and book
  • Email and inbox assistants
  • Agents that turn calls into tasks
  • Chat trained on your documents

⚡ Automations

  • Connect the tools you already use
  • Reports that send themselves
  • Follow-ups that never get forgotten
  • No more copy-paste between systems

The offer

The seat. Everything on the table, one price.

Docs and walkthrough videos your team can actually follow. No developer needed to use your own software.

    $750 value
  • 🎓 The Team Rollout Call

A live training call with your team, so the software gets used instead of ignored.

    $300 value
  • ♾️ The unlimited build queue

    $8,300+ a month as a hire

You pay $4,000. A month. Cancel anytime.

Book a free call

I keep four seats, total. One builder, no handoffs. When the seats are full, new ones wait for an opening.

The math

Three ways to get software built. One makes sense.

👔 Option 1 · Hire a developer

$100,000+ a year

Salary, benefits, recruiting fees. Then 60 to 120 days of ramp before anything ships. And you need work for them every week, forever.

🏢 Option 2 · Hire an agency

$10,000+ a project

Three to nine months. The kickoff call has its own kickoff call. Change requests billed extra.

🚀 Option 3 · This

$4,000 a month

An AI systems builder on your team. First working software in 14 days. Month one, all the risk is mine. Cancel any month.

How it works

Three steps. No mystery.

Step 1

📞 Book a call

Tell me what is slow. I will tell you what I would build and what it costs. If it is not worth building, I will say that too.

Step 2

🔨 I build it

You approve a plain-English plan. Your first system lands inside 14 days. Real software you can click, not mockups. I get the fun part. You get daily updates.

Step 3

🔑 You own it

The code, the data, the accounts, the logins. Yours from day one. Nothing held hostage.

Why so fast

14 days is possible because the boring parts are my job.

I build with Claude Code, Vercel, and Supabase. AI writes the first draft of the code fast. My job is the part AI cannot do alone: connecting it to your real systems, keeping your data safe, and making it boring. Boring means it just works. Even at 2am. AI speed, none of the slop.

The toolbox

The tools I build with.

No mystery stack. The same tools behind my own products. And every one of them runs in accounts under your name, not mine.

🤖 Claude Code

Writes the first draft of the code, fast. The reason 14 days is real.

🧠 Codex

The second AI builder on the bench. Two drafts beat one.

🚀 Vercel

Hosting and deploys. Your app ships in seconds, not release weekends.

🗄️ Supabase

Your database and your logins. Boring, safe, and yours.

🛡️ Cloudflare

Domains, DNS, and the security layer in front of everything.

📦 GitHub

Every line of code, versioned, in your own account. That is the ownership part.

💳 Stripe

Payments, if your tool sells something. Money goes straight to you.

🔗 n8n

The automation plumbing between the tools you already use.

📞 VAPI + ElevenLabs

AI phone agents that answer, book, and sound human.

The guarantee

Month one? All the risk is mine.

First software in 14 days

The clock starts the day you approve the plan. If your first working system is not in your hands 14 days later, month one is free.

Month-one money back

Use month one for real. Not happy, for any reason? I send back all $4,000. No forms, no argument.

You own everything

Code, data, accounts, logins. In your name from day one. Cancel any month and everything keeps working.

If it feels like slop, you get every dollar back. And one free slap. That is the deal.

After month one

Keep the seat, or don't.

No contract. Month two looks like month one: requests in, working software out. A software hire runs $100,000 a year. This seat does not.

🪑 How the months work

$4,000 a month

  • Month one: your first system, all risk on me
  • Unlimited queue, one build at a time
  • A weekly call and daily updates
  • Cancel any month, everything keeps working

Who you would work with

I am Neil Busque. I design and build software and AI systems from New Jersey. This year I have shipped 40+ products: CRMs, client portals, AI phone agents, and the quiet automations that hold businesses together. You work with me directly, start to finish, like a member of your team: requests in, working software out. I would rather build things than talk about them. This page is the talking part, and it is almost over. More at busqueneil.com.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

Q01

What counts as a request?

Anything: a new app, an AI agent, an automation, a fix, a change. Big or small. We work the queue one at a time, most important thing first.

Q02

How does the 14-day first build work?

Free call, then I write a plain-English plan that says exactly what done means. You approve it, the clock starts. Working software in your hands inside 14 days. Real software with your data, not a mockup.

Q03

What if I don't like what you build?

Tell me what feels off and I fix it, that is what the seat is for. Still not right by the end of month one? I send back all $4,000. No forms, no exit interview.

Q04

Is this a contract?

No. Month to month. Cancel with one message, any month. Nothing turns off when you leave, because everything runs in accounts you own.

Q05

What actually happens if I cancel?

Your software keeps running. The code, data, accounts, and logins were in your name from day one. You keep the docs and walkthrough videos too, so your team can run it without me.

Q06

Why is this so much cheaper than hiring?

AI writes the first draft of the code, so building is fast now. You are paying for the part AI cannot do: judgment, connections to your real systems, and someone to be responsible. One builder, no office, no account managers.

Q07

AI-built? So it will be slop?

AI drafts, I engineer. Every build gets connected properly, secured, and tested before you touch it. If what I ship feels like slop, you get every dollar back. The slap offer also stands.

Q08

How do we work together day to day?

A weekly call and daily updates in plain English, so you always know what is shipping. Send requests however your team already talks: email, text, a voice note. No tickets, no portal training.

Q09

Is there anything you won't build?

Yes. Things that truly need a big team: giant legacy migrations, heavy native mobile apps, anything regulated past what one builder should own. I will tell you on the free call, before you pay, not after.

Q10

Who owns the code?

You do. Real code in your own GitHub, documented, that any developer can pick up later. If you ever want to bring it in-house, the handoff is already done.

Q11

What about my data?

It stays yours. Everything runs in accounts under your name, and you can revoke my access any time. I build with the same stack I trust for my own products: Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare.

Q12

I don't know what to build first.

Perfect, that is the free call. Tell me what is slow or annoying. I map the highest-payoff build and give you the plan. If nothing is worth building yet, I say that, and the plan is yours to keep.

Q13

Why not just build it myself with Lovable or Replit?

Try it, honestly. Those tools are great for a prototype. The wall comes when it has to talk to your invoicing, your calendar, your logins, and not break. That last 20% is the hard part, and it is exactly what this seat is for.

Q14

Why is this better than hiring or an agency?

Speed and risk. A hire costs $100,000+ a year and takes months to ramp. An agency is $10,000+ a project with account managers in between. This seat ships working software in 14 days, costs $4,000 a month, and month one is refundable. Nobody else on that list refunds anything.

Q15

Why custom? Can't I just buy another SaaS tool?

You can, and you will use 10% of it while it charges per seat forever. Custom software fits how your team already works, does exactly the job, and you own it. No per-user fees, no feature bloat, no rent.

Let's build something cool.

A free 30-minute call. You leave with a plan, whether we work together or not. Worst case, I tell you it is not worth building and you saved $30,000.
